It determines the purity of input product with exceptional accuracy within a split second. On the basis of colour, shape or other optical properties, defective items and foreign material are identified and separated from the product stream. Its main fields of application are rice, grains, beans and pulses, tea and coffee, seeds and spices, nuts, dehydrated vegetables and recycled plastics.
High-resolution monochromatic and bichromatic visible cameras detect the subtlest product defects and foreign matter. Optional InGaAs cameras can detect and clearly differentiate between many foreign materials based on invisible optical properties.
Optional profile technology is another high-performance tool: product defects are identified through a combination of various parameters such as shape, size and colour.

Optical Sorting
Our Plant designed by Buhler accordance with the most exacting standards of food hygiene and excel in the most difficult of food sorting applications where the strictest levels of food quality and safety are demanded. Sifting & Grading
The sifting principle is based on a circular movement of a sieve which separates small and light particles from small but heavy particles. Our plant offers a wide range of solutions for the sifting and grading of floury products in wheat, as well as for the sorting of different bulk products. Plant having capable for sifting and grading characterized by high sifting capacity in a minimum space, excellent sifting efficiency, high sanitation and easy access for cleaning.
Packing
Normally hard grain shelf life is 6-8 months but if we do vacuum pack life increased up 8 years with minimum losses of mousers, vitamins & other minerals, it is possible due to moving out oxygen from the packaging & certain bacteria that cause spoilage cannot be happened as they need oxygen to grow and reproduce, but without Oxygen the food will last much longer because the bacteria can’t “do their thing.” Accordingly Trilokpati has decided to make changes in packing mythology from Norm Hoven printed PP Bags into Vacuum Packing with imported food grade raw material PA/PE & Paper Bag.
